As an employee, you need to be able to capture your attendance at work accurately so that your employers can keep track of your reporting time for work. This ensures you're on time for work and eliminates paperwork for your organization in tracking your attendance.
Your Deskera app meticulously captures your attendance by precisely recording the time and location of your attendance with a smartly embedded GPS functionality.
Please ensure that the Location settings of your mobile device are enabled so that the Deskera app recognizes your exact location while you're clocking in or out.
On the Deskera Mobile dashboard, tap on the Attendance icon under the Business Modules section to access the attendance module.

You will be able to view a geographical map of your current clock – in location.
Tap on the "Clock in" icon at the bottom of the screen.

The current time and current address of the location you're in will be displayed. Tap on Confirm to Clock In. Your attendance is successfully captured! You will see the attendance status as Clocked In at the respective time that you clocked in, along with the precise address of your location.

Tap on Calendar to view your past attendance status. Dates that are highlighted with a blue button means that you are on time for work. If it's in red, it means that you were late in capturing your attendance and need to take note to be punctual in the future.

Tap on Clock in Rules to view the attendance clock-in and out rules as set by your employer, including information on official reporting hours for work.
