To know more information about the Contact, click on the Contact's list to view their profile page.
On this page, you'll see the Contact's name, profile picture, and Notes. You can write details, requests, or information about the Contact in the Notes field for your reference. Use the formatting box that is provided to you as you wish.
As you have seen in how to edit, change, and delete Contacts in the previous article, you may also make changes to the Contacts here by clicking on the three horizontal dots.
Change the lead status for the Contact by clicking on the drop-down arrow below their name. You can change it to hot leads, cold leads, warm leads, customer selection, and create a new label as you wish. Click on the Save button to save your changes.
Just below the Notes field, you'll see the details, deals, activity, ownership, and access in the card view layout.
Edit the Contact information by clicking Edit in the detail box.
Owners and sub-owners represent the users in charge of the deals related to the Contacts. The users are given the authority to view and have access to the contact's private information. The owners or sub-owners have the responsibility to provide follow up calls for the prospect.
The Activity box shows the different initiatives that you have been working on for the Contact. It tracks how many calls, meetings, and other tasks you have accomplished.
The Deals box shows how many deals are open, won, or lost. You can click the 'Add Deal' button at the top right of the page and track the Contact's progress until they are converted to a customer.
Lastly, on the right-hand side of the page, you can track the tasks you have accomplished and the pending activities you have with the Contact.
