Replying to your customer's quotation request as soon as possible is important so that they can make their purchasing decision faster.
This response allows them to understand if negotiation or any special arrangements can be applied if they were to order from you.
In order to reply to their quotation request, follow these steps:
- To start, sign in to your Deskera Shop and visit your 'Shop Dashboard.'
- Select ‘Quotes.’
- Select the quotation that requires your response.
- Edit the quotation details as necessary.
- Your comment will be reflected in the ‘Quote History.’
