In the event where you need to categorize your campaign into different groups, teams, seasons, festivals, and other categories that come across your mind, you may do so.
Select + Add Category button.
Fill in the particulars in the dialog box.
When you are creating a new campaign on Deskera Sales, you’ll come across the Category section. The default category that is showing in the system is the Uncategorized options. Click on the ‘Add Category’ to add more categories.
After that, a dialog box will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. Fill in the particulars in the dialog box such as:
- The category name
- Any description
- Indicate the color; mark each category with a different color for identification purposes
- Enable the toggle to publish the category
Once you’re done, click on the Save button. You can now apply this category for the campaign you’re launching.

Besides that, you can also create a new category while you are creating new email templates. The default category that is shown is Uncategorized, Launch, E-commerce, and Account Management. Click on the + Add Category button and fill in the details in the dialog box and click on the Save button.
